These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RunMyStore AI ("the Service"), operated by TikiTaka3D ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

RunMyStore AI is a Shopify app that connects your store to Claude AI (by Anthropic) via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service allows you to manage your Shopify store through natural language conversations with Claude. You are interacting with an AI system — responses are generated by Claude AI, not a human.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the Shopify store you connect. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal right to authorize access to your store data.

If you are in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date your subscription begins. To exercise this right, contact us at support@runmystoreai.com within 14 days. We will process a full refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

By using the Service during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you request immediate performance and that, upon full performance of the Service, you may lose your right of withdrawal for the portion of the Service already provided.

We do not warrant that:

AI Limitation: Claude AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before taking action on your store. We recommend verifying critical actions (pricing changes, inventory updates, order modifications) before confirming them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under mandatory applicable law, including EU consumer protection regulations.

Neither party shall be liable for failures or delays resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or third-party service outages.
